Postby jarods350z » Sun Aug 15, 2010 4:57 am

Ok I guess I need to back up 15 yards and punt. I am trying to set this up and wow am I stumped. Here is what I have and any help would be awsome. 1 a linksys wrt160nv2 router. windows 7 I have the upnp active in the router, my windows firewall is disabled. everything looks good but when I go to subsonic and use the automatic config button in the network panel it reads no router found.

not to metion when I right click on the subsonic in my windows system trey to go to the control panel. when I change the port number from 80 to something else I get the failed to write to file access denied pop up. can anyone help me.

Thanks in advance

UPnP might not be enabled on the router... Could you try forwarding the port manually? You can find information on how to do this on PortForward.com's page for your router.

If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to ask.

UPnP may be enabled, but it clearly isn't working.

I would recommend manually adding a port forward to the Subsonic box.
