Unable to access web interface

I am unable to access the Subsonic server through the IP and port on the computer as it keeps telling me my Username and Password are incorrect.
As a result I am unable to input the Registration Key to re-activate streaming. I am using the same Username and Password as used to access the Forum. PLEASE HELP

This might be a silly question, but the username and password box, is it the one for Subsonic, or has your router popped up its password username box?
