Streaming with Winamp (again)

I've seen the other posts about this, but I cannot get it to work. If I go to settings -> players and change the player to either of the "external" type players, it still plays in the browser. I've tried logging in and out, setting up a new set of songs, etc.

As a last-ditch effort, I tried deleting all my players, and now I can't create a new one.

Help?
