Increasing the Allowed Memory

So I read through the tutorial on increasing the allowed memory usage of Subsonic but I've run into a snag.

When I increase the memory and hit save, I get the following message:

Failed to write to file C:\Program Files (x86)\Subsonic\subconic-service.exe.vmoptions. subsonic-service.exe.vmoptions (Acess is denied)

I've tried with the service running and not running. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm getting close to or reaching the limit often and really need to bump up the memory.
