Subsonic 4.3 Downsample not working in MacOS

Hi, I have installed Subsonic in Mac OS X Leopard using the DMG. I have lame in the folder / Library / Application Support / Subsonic / transcode. When I connect using my mobile to Android and it limited the bitrate to 128kbps, I get an error when trying to play an mp3 with more bitrate.
