Unable To Login As New User

Hi guys. I'm a newbie so forgive me in advance. I just joined subsonic and love it. Im in the process of creating users but when I create a user, the person I created the account for and myself are not able to login with that username and password. I was able to login as a user one time, logged out and told the person that they could login. She coudlnt get in and I cant get in either. What am I missing that won't allow users to login?

Disregard....thanks to anyone who viewed the question. I was setting the password as "password" and had it set to allow the user to change the password. I simply changed the password to something else and it worked. Not sure if that's a security feature or what but if I set the password as the word "password" it won't let you in.
