Max allowed bitrate per user

Hi everybody

When I create an user account "User is allowed to change settings and password" and "User is allowed to play files" is as standard enabled.

Here you can also set the max bitrate for the user.

But now the user can change in his settings "Personal" "Password" and "Players"

I agree that everybody should be able to change his password, his privacy settings, language and so on.
It' also no problem that he is creating players.

BUT. When he goes to players --> Active transcodings and you uncheck "flac-->mp3", he is able to circumvent the max bitrate.


When i have set, as admin, the max bitrate to 224kbits, and the user creates a player using higher bitrate, the limitation works, but only when using lossy trancodings.

When the user just disables activ transcoding, everything is streamed directly.


Maybe somebody can help me with my problem. I think this is a bug, because that way the limitation useless.
