Trying to make Custom interface for SS

Im trying to make a custom interface front end for the SS.

I have it up and running and Can get .views to show up in muy iframes...

was able to take the right.view file and place is on a pop up widget ..

Everything seems to be working but the only thing is that I can not get anything to start the media player ...

Works fine from normal SS but when I hit the Webpage and login from my custom site i made for it .. Everything loads but its almost like the play Buttons and add to playlist buttons will not communicate with the player...

but if the player has a playlist loaded .. or if you load a playlist then it will play with no problems


funny thing is that the video player does infact work from the layout i made

pretty much im trying to tie the SS server into a nice web front end that lets you get to facebook and all that as well from one place..

I can break apart the .views and place them where i want .. they all come up meaning its connecting to the ss ... but Like i said the play buttons or add to playlist will not communnicate with the player that i have playlist.view embdded

could it be because the SS and the page I made are not on the same server ?

one is hosted on my domain the other SS is running from my Computer . which ive had no problems with users connecting to

this is more an issue that I cant get the player to react to the buttons when i embed SS into a page


I pretty much want to run SS in an iframe on my personal webpage that i have set up for family and friends..

Just seems that the moment SS is put into a iframe the playbuttons and add to playlist and all that Stop communicating with the media player... though still works when playing videos...
