Can't find "Settings" on Android App

I just got a Droid Charge and installed the Subsonic app. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the "Settings" section in order to connect to my own server.

When the app opens on my phone, I only see the "Select server" option and below that are the albums options (Recently added, random, etc). At the bottom are the home, media library, search, playlists, and play icons.

When I hit the "Select server" icon, I am presented with a pop-up allowing me to select the Subsonic Demo, Unused 1, Unused 2, and Offline.

All the demos I've seen have a Settings option right on the startup. Curiously, there is no available option on my app.

Help, I've already purchased the server registration and set everything up on my computer.
