1 folder not showing songs on iphone but show up through web

Postby thadjudkins » Mon Jul 18, 2011 7:55 am

I've got 3 folders: Albums, Singles and Top 500 Rock And Roll Songs.

All 3 work properly through the web interface and show all folders and songs as far as I can tell. On the iphone client, however, they all show up but only the first 2 show the songs that they contain (technically, all songs in the first 2 are in subfolders). Even after refreshing the 3rd one doesn't show anything (there are no subfolders in this folder, just 500 songs).

Any idea why only this folder wouldn't work right on the iPhone?

thanks

Hi thadjudkins,

Can you tell me which tool you use on your iPhone?

I use the same app, what happens if you start the index process again in your subsonic webpage? Settings --> Search --> Update search index now

Wait till it's completely finished, you can see the process from 'About' in the top menu. Wait till it tells you the indexing is finished and then try to connect with your iPhone again.
Cheers,

No go. They both still work through the web interface, but nothing shows up through iSub.

Here's one folder (works):

But this one still shows nothing:

I'm willing to entertain the possibility that I'm missing something obvious! :)
