That together with what I posted before should work, if not, there's an issue with your ISP.

I got the same router and it's working exactly as it should with the setup I've shown you. If you do it this way it will work, unless there's an issue with your ISP. You don't need to try anything else.

Holy S***! Thanks Frason! I had to open up Change Settings to check-mark the "Home/Work (Private)" options for the two Subsonic entries, but I can get through with port check and to the login screen on my cell now! I loaded up the app on my cell and can browse my music collection. When I try to play songs, the songs open up in the players with "Downloading - 0 B" with a pop-up warning saying "Warning: No network available." I tried to test the connection in Subsonic settings and the server tests okay.

Falcon5783 wrote:Nevermind, the no network error was my own bad. I setup the connection for my server with "wifi only" when trying to troubleshoot and forgot to unselect it. I now have Subsonic streaming on my cell from my PC. Thank you all for your help! Glad to finally get everything configured right!

I told you. ;)

At this point I would try and see if I could get a different router and modem. Honestly, I'm stumped. I wish you luck.

Thank you for all the help anyawys, dcuellar! Glad to know there's people here willing to muddle through the same struggle I did :D

At the very least we have both learned something through this. That is awesome that you got it to work!

Way to go frason!

I honestly hadn't really thought that because my Win7 PC is setup on a home network and the firewall permissions not being selected was an issue; it just didn't really occur to me. I didn't think Microsoft would nit-picky to such an extend. Anyways, thanks again folks!
