Streaming with Vista and Winamp

Not sure if this is a Vista related issue or not. Trying to stream music to a PC running vista with Winamp. Winamp shows it is connecting, but it never connects. Other pc's running XP and Winamp can connect just fine.

Any suggestions how I might troubleshoot this?
