android client can't see certain files

the android client doesn't seem to be able to see files that are directly in a served folder. It can see all files in subfolders, but not the top folder.

For example if I add the following to Music folders:
Name: Folder
Music /mnt/media/Music

and there is a file:
/mnt/media/Music/song.mp3

it is not visible.

Also I should say that these files are visible through the computer browser "interface".

Change

Name: Folder
Music /mnt/media/Music

To

Name: Folder
Music /mnt/media

or place Song.mp3 in a subfolder.

Name: Folder
Music /mnt/media/Music/Artist/Album/Song.mp3

yes, I know I can do that, but I was hoping for a fix not a work around.

I want to keep my files separated by folders the way the already are.
