Can't Load Playlist with Foreign Characters

So I don't know if this has been reported or not, but I tried adding a bunch of songs with Japanese characters to a playlist, and they added fine. I then went to save the playlist, which also saved fine. But when I go to load it, I just get an empty playlist.

My assumption is that it's because of the foreign characters because I have other playlists that still load fine, but they all have strictly English characters. Has anybody ever encountered this, or know a way around this? It's odd because I can play them by themselves, but I just can't save them into a playlist and then load it.

Any help would be appreciated.
