Checking service status via shell..?

Hey guys, I set it up on my cPanel server. ( I know thats a bit risky but yeah)
I usually check up on services vis this command:

Code: Select all

service cpanel status

When I try:

Code: Select all

service subsonic status

I get nothing. I dunno how subsonic works. Cause I havent rebooted the server since I installed but when I do I will be looking for a way.

Servers on CentOS 5.3+
