UPnP not properly broadcasting

Hi,

I seem to be having an issue with the UPnP port forwarding not properly broadcasting to my router. I'm using a Cisco RV220W which doesn't have a dedicated option for port forwarding to a specified ip and it instead opens ports as necessary when UPnP is broadcast to it or a program goes out on a specific port. uTorrent is consistently setting up the port forwarding to this router properly, however Subsonic does not. The only way I can get subsonic to work is to open it locally, goto network settings and with the "Automatically configure your router to allow incoming connections to Subsonic" still checked off I click save and it goes through the motions again to re-announce itself to the router and set itself up properly.

Any chance the UPnP can be looked at to ensure it is infact broadcasting itself every hour like the documentation states? As I've left my PC on for a few hours and it never ends up setting the port forwarding up until I go through the manual motions of going to network settings and hitting save.

I should also point out I'm using Win7 x64 and Subsonic V 4.5 (I haven't updated to the beta as the documentation doesn't show anything related to this issue as having been looked at).
