Java exceptions after updating to 4.6

Just updated subsonic from 4.5 to 4.6 on Mac OS X 10.6.8, and I couldn't open it from the application icon. I was able to open it from the JavaApplicationStub, but the http server serves up an error message: http://pastebin.com/tzdM438W The Terminal that the process opens up in is throwing a different exception: http://pastebin.com/kCpB2mFG Anybody know how to fix this?

Figured it out. It starts from double clicking the icon, but nothing shows up in the dock. Running it from the JavaApplicationStub created an icon in the dock, but the ports were already taken by the first process.
