Recommended FFMPEG for 4.6 on unRAID

Hi all,
Using unRAID 5.0 beta 12, I'm getting transcoder issues. I thought I had the problem licked a few days ago but sometimes FLAC or Apple Lossless kick back a transcoder error on iSub. Currently using this FFMPEG package:

But I'm not sure it's got all the features that are required by subsonic. When I download Subsonic, I don't see an included FFMPEG. Can anyone help? Thx!
