Getting a 404 error on Windows install

For some reason my install is "dying" in a sense after a while - it's installed on Vista Ultimate. Previously I haven't had any issues, but trying to integrate it with IIS has some strange behaviour. After a while I start getting a 404 error. Has anyone else experienced this?

My 404 errors were related to moving the subsonic folder as discussed here. Problem solved.
