Its perfectly normal for your computer to have an IP on the LAN side that's different from your router IP (WAN).

You could try following the instructions here - this is probably the easiest way. Whatever IP you set your computer to, you need to have your router forward port 80 to.

EDIT (again): Finally set up a static IP on my computer.
I set the no-ip thing to my new static IP on a port 80 redirect thing (redirecting to 8080; also port forwarded on the router), and it worked for a few minutes, but now it won't.
Unblocked that port from Windows Firewall, that didn't help.
It's also changing all the IPs on my Subsonic players to 127.0.0.1, which I don't recognize (Before, when it played right, it was a different IP.)

Random offnote question: When I hit "Play" when there's a playlist at the bottom of the screen, why does it want me to save a .m3u file?

I believe if you're using Firefox, and you click on 'Play', Subsonic creates a streaming playlist in a .m3u file that Firefox asks you if you want to save or open. If you set Firefox to open it every time, it will automatically open your default media player and stream the content (without asking you to save it).
