Change remote volume from the android app

I'm running the subsonic android app to remote controll my subsonic server, most things seems to work pretty well but i can't controll the remote volume. It looks like it changes when pressing the volume button on the phone but the volume remains the same

*edit* i was really tired yesterday so i forgot to mention that i'm using Subsonic 4.6 (build 2585) on Ubuntu

Updated some stuff on my server and updated my S2 phone to ICS and after some of that the jukebox mode stopped working totaly, installing sun-java instead of open-java made it work again and now i can also change the volume.
