Cant download .iso "file not found" too big?

I am trying to enable a family member up north to download large files directly from my server. I have had great success with things like music. However, when attempting to download large .iso files they (and I when testing) get a "file not found" error. I have managed to do this with smaller .iso files. When trying to download anything larger (5.5gb for one in particular) I get that message. Is this a limitation of subsonic? Is there anything I could do to change it? Ideally I was shooting for them downloading 16gb of files all at once...it seems to work perfectly, unless the ONE file in excess of 5gb is included with the download.

Edit: I have also found it is not only this one file. I have another 46gb .iso (ok, who would actually download that anyway?) This file has the same problem though. I am unable to download it. When I try I receive the "file not found" error.

Any help would be appreciated. I am going to attempt breaking the one file into two separate files with 7zip for my family member...but I am still hopeful there is a better way?
