Subsonic crashing - RHEL

Postby apoth30sis » Sun Jun 17, 2012 5:38 pm

Hello all, I am running Subsonic in CentOS 6.2 (a version of Red Hat Enterprise Linux). Everything worked great for a day, now subsonic is crashing when I login using the web browser. I think the problem is that I do not have enough memory allocated for subsonic. Does anyone know where the preferences file is located in the RHEL version of subsonic? I have the following files in the var/subsonic folder:

db lucene subsonic.log subsonic_sh.log transcode
jetty subsonic14.index subsonic.properties thumbs

I expected subsonic.properties to have a memory allocation setting, but I did not see one. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Everyone is entitled to be stupid, Image but some abuse the privilege!

Due to the confusion from too many genres of music, we have decided to put both country music and rap music into the genre of Crap music.

Thank you! I also found the specific information in another forum:

Here's the instructions for CentOS / Fedora / Red Hat Enterprise Linux (REHL)

open subsonic's config file:
/etc/sysconfig/subsonic

Problem solved!
