Multiple users control one playlist?

I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas...

I've noticed that you can add/remove songs from a playlist playing on someone else's computer, but you must have admin rights in order to see their playlist.

What I have is a dedicated workstation setup at work with a nice sound system. It would be nice if the playlist could be modified by other users in the office without necessarily giving them admin rights. It would be even cooler if the playlist was able to retain the name of the user who added the song and also allow volume control and what not.

I realize this is asking a bit much in the current state, but I do think it would be a neat addition to have a shared playlist capability.
