Deleting Playlists in 4.7beta 3

Is there a way to delete playlists I no longer want/use? I can't seem to find it.

Select the playlist and then the options appears to delete or edit.
I believe you have to be logged in as an administrator though.

I haven't tested it yet, but I think it was supposed to be the administrator OR the user who created the list that could edit or delete playlists.
