Permission denied (maybe missing INTERNET permission)

Hi,

i have recently setupped a subsonic server. It works and I like it.
I also managed to make the subsonic server via a dynamic DNS provider reachable via Internet and not only from internal lan.

It's fine to have subsonic controlled via Android phone.
So I installed the Android App (2.3) on my HTC G1(Android 2.2) and on my HTC Sensation (Android 2.3). On the latter phone it works like a charme contactig the internal and external service.
On the G1 i can only connect to the internal service, when try to connect to the external service the app responds with the message stated in the subject.
The apps has been installed on both phones via Market/Play App.

Does someone have ideas how to fix this?
