Remove cover art... all of it

So, All my music is in one folder as Artist - Title, and ID3 tag data only exists for genre, Artist, and title. There is absolutely nothing else in the music folder other than MP3 files. I even use MP3Tag to remove ANY cover art info from all my music. I deleted all thumbnails from the Subsonic directory, re-scanned media folder, did the "Clean database" option... it is still applying a cover art for one cover art file I had a long time ago.

How can I simply wipe it all out...???

Might there be some hidden file inside your folder?
