Move Subsonic to new Server

Is there a way to move Subsonic to another server and keep everything intact, Database, configuration and license?

Yes I would have to move the data itself to an exact match for the current directory structure, that I get but can the rest be moved with ease or should you just move data and reinstall then shut down the service and copy some config file over letting it build a new database?

While I'm at it has anyone tried to install Subsonic into Server Core, no GUI, as it is apparently possible to get Java installed on Core. This kind of goes with the first question since if I could get Java installed and then if you could just move a working Subsonic onto the Core server all that would be left is installing the service I would think.
