Error Changing Cover Art

For some reason, I cannot change the cover art. No matter what artist or album, when I click Search Amazon or Search Discogs it won't find anything. When I try to do a manual link I get this error:

Failed to download image.
java.net.UnknownHostException: upload.wikimedia.org

That error is not unique to wikimedia.org either - I get it no matter where I try to upload.

Any ideas?
