error message 0x07

Postby mustang_girl » Fri Nov 02, 2012 2:31 pm

Hi guys,

I am getting the following error message on my Windows Phone when I try to open a particular folder:

", hexadecimal value 0x07, is an invalid character. Line 13, position 162.

The other folders all open and the music plays okay.

After that error message it than says: Error retrieving data

From doing internet searches I think it must be an illegal character in a folder name or song title that is causing the problem. But I don't know which one or how to find it to change it. I think hexadecimal 0x07 is the bell character that makes the computer's bell sound ring. Which I guess would be invisible to see.

Any help?

The folder that triggers that error message has sub-folders in it.
