Playing Video's On Android?

Postby mbc0 » Mon Nov 19, 2012 7:12 pm

Hi,

I have just downloaded the trial & installed successfully on my WHS2011 & music plays great, however when I choose a video it takes me to a web page that tell's me that flash is not supported on my device? (Arhcos G9 and Samsung Galaxy SIII) So I thought I would buy DSUB which again works fine for music (what is this difference between this and the free player that I had? why did I pay for this? what does it do for me?) and again the video's dont play, I just get redirected to the same web page? Can I not use my default Android Video Player?

Many Thanks

Currently flash is required to play video on any remote device.

There have been many discussions about switching that to HTML5 but no one has done it yet.

Sorry,
