Migration from Windows to Linux

Hi,

i'd like to switch a subsonic-server from Windows to Linux. When I copy my db-folder into the linux installation subsonic would not fire up. The webinterface says 503 and subsonic log says that it cannot connect to the database? Is there any chance that i can get my windows libraries, usage and useraccounts migrated to a linux machine?

Help would be highly appreciated!
