Media folder and user settings lost

I installed and tried out Subsonic for the first time. Really like it so far.

My problem is that the media folder settings and added users keep getting deleted. Has happened twice now in the two days I've been trying it out. Not after a reboot or anything but when the server and service is online.

I'm running the service on a hyper-v host with Subsonic installed on a VM appserver and the files reside on a VM fileserver.

How can I troubleshoot this. I'm using the latest 4.7 downloadable installer.
