recursive podcast downloads

I've just added a podcast (I usually use iTunes for podcasts) but it's constantly downloading the podcasts.
The feed: http://xml.nfowars.net/

It downloads the original, then it downloads them all again renaming then -0 -1 -2
I hadn't noticed for the first couple of hours, but then when I got a warning from windows saying that my HDD was almost full.

I've also updated to the very latest Java platforms
Has anyone else noticed this problem?
