Playlist scan?

I kept getting duplicate playlist entries on android app cuz I had to manually add playlist since it would never show updated playlist....so I deleted the database and did a rescan, it's been over a week and playlists have not repopulated they all just show (0) next to playlist name as where before it would have the number of titles in the playlist.

Anyway to force a rescan to populate this list again? I have over 1200 custom playlists some which get updated every week when new titles get added.

Also would like to have a drop down menu for playlists in left view instead of a long list.

Is the playlist management hidden in this version? Kinda of an apple move by losing functionality after update....

my playlist folder is located in root /playlists folder like it always has been & subsonic does show names of them just not content.
