Updates being made to folders but not reflected on subsonic server
Info – External Western Digital HD, Windows 7, 320gb of music
I have read everything I can about this issue, I’ve tried changing permissions, dragging and dropping folders back in, changing the subsonic service options and still I can’t get my main music folder to update automatically. The only way I can do it is by removing the folder from subsonic, cleaning up the database and then readding, but this is time consuming. I have added another folder on a different external hard drive and this reflects any updates when I refresh subsonic but whatever I do it won’t auto update my main music folder!
Songs randomly skipping during playback
Info – iPhone 4S, iSub player
I initially thought this was a caching issue after downloading songs from poor wifi reception at work, however when I tried at home it happened again, the song continues playing but it just randomly skips 1 second or so during playback, not a huge issue just an annoyance.
The issues I have been having made me decide to do a fresh reinstall, this doesn’t seem to have fixed any of the problems however it doesn’t appear to have been a complete uninstall as when I reinstalled the programme my details were already logged in when I went back onto the server.
If anyone can help me with these issues I would be most grateful
