Playlists take a long time to load?

Seeing this issue with 4.7 on a Debian host.

Clicking on a playlist (which has only 10 songs) can take up to 30 seconds to load.
Adding songs to a playlist a playlist can take upwards of 60 seconds.

Everything else on the site, like loading random or top albums is instant.

Any ideas as to why this occurs?
