Subsonic service keeps stopping on my ReadyNAS

I attempted to use Subsonic on my Netgear ReadyNAS Pro some years ago and came to the conclusion my ports were being blocked by my ISP so I could never get access to the server. Now I live in a new house with a new ISP and very easily got the ports all up and working - yeah! But now I'm finding that Subsonic service keep getting stopped in the middle of the night. I found some info on the net about SSH into the cron or some baloney like that, that I really don't understand, so now that I've paid for Subsonic, I'd really like it to work, does anyone have any thoughts on how to keep it working on a ReadyNAS server, it seems others are doing this on the same server without issues.
