Error when trying to clean database

Hi
This problem manifested itself last Thursday after no problems since 4.7 was originally released and installed on my PC. The first issue was that all my media folders disappeared with the error below. i managed to stop this error by moving the Music folders but, I now have 100 plus playlists that have no songs in i would imagine because the folders are in a different place. The more button dosn't work any more another java error. The clean up database option errors with a java error. And i can't Export the playlists either. I really don't want to loose the playlists if i can help it.

Problem Description: music folders disappeared in subsonic even though nothing was changed on the server.
Troubleshooting Steps: reinstalled subsonic removed java and replaced it again. Carried out a system restore of my windows operating system to a date before the first issue

Allocate more memory to the Subsonic process. Although that may be an erroneous error message, given that it says you are using less that 30% of what you have allocated to Subsonic.

But if I see an "Out of Memory" error, the first thing I would try is allocating more memory...
