Cannot access Subsonic from outside local network

Hi. I am new to this forum and Subsonic, but not to the world of computers, not by far. Anyway, I've tried everything I could think of (and trust me, that's just about 18 hrs worth of troubleshooting, just on this alone), with no luck. Could anyone provide me with any tips or advice? Plus, on a side note, every time i stop the Subsonic service (via the Subsonic control panel), it won't re-start until i reboot my machine. Any tips/advice on how to remedy this issue as well? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Never mind. I, after typing this up, noticed that someone had the exact same issue as me, but gave their post a completely different title, thus throwing me off. Anyway, I followed the solution on that post, and fixed my issue.
