Movie, Download zip doesnt work

I have been a pest lately... sorry.. But i need help again. I added my movie library to my subsonic server. Movies are in directory like this: Movies/Movie Name/Movie name.mpg All displays correctly in subsonic, but if i click the "Download" button at the top where subsonic is supposed to zip that directory and start the download. The zip is created with the right name, but is corrupt and only a few hundred K. But if i click the "D" icon next to the actual movie i get the MPG download. Zip download works for music albums, but that file structure is like this: MP3's/Artist/Album/Song.mp3 one less folder than the movie setup.

Any ideas why the Zip download isn't working? PM me i can give you access to test.

How large are the files? Zip files have a limit of 2gb in size...

I thought that at first, then i goggled, ZIP supports 4 Gig, zip64 supoorts 16 Eib. I read it on the internet so it has to be true, you cant put anything on the internet that isnt true.

That is the issue, i can send a 2 gig zip.. What do i need to do to switch from standard zip to zip64?
