complete delete of info

today i removed all my folders from subsonic so i could add new ones. the files were removed from the list of albums on the left side but at the bottom were it says how many artist,albums,GBs, etc.. it showed the numbers for the folders i deleted and etc.. and it left all the starred tracks. then when using my android app it trys to access the deleted folders and says accesss denied. how do i completely delete everything and start from stratch? i did search the forum and saw something about db view but i have no idea what that is and if it applys to my issue. any help would be appreciated!
