Issue after installing 3.7 Beta

I installed 3.7 beta over 3.6. I had no problems and the system worked fine. The only issue I am seeing is that in the morning, the web page is not working. I check the service and it says it is running. I stop the service, restart it and it is fine until the next day. I assume that when it rebuilds it's index at 3:00 that something might be happening. I increased the amount of memory limit in the settings tab but have no way of knowing if that will work until tomorrow. If I manually run the index it has no problems.

Windows XP SP3, Windows Firewall off, AVG Antivirus 8.5. I did not have this issue until Sunday when I updated to 3.7.

I increased the memory limit to 200MB and the web server did not go down last night.

I had to up my memory usage too. I was set at 128 and running in the high 80s low 90s usually. After installing 3.7 beta 1 I noticed it was going up higher so I upped my setting to 192 and it's currently running in the mid-130s.
