Failed to test web address (Connect Timeout Exception)

I keep getting the above error when I attempt to create my web address.

I turned off auto config, and manually forwarded ports 4040 and 80. Canyouseeme.org reported BOTH ports as open and visible.

I'm rather frustrated at this point, but despite trying several other similar services (Orb, Streeme), I keep being referred to try Subsonic, as I'm told it works well; that of course, presumes I can get it to work at all...

I'm assuming it has to do with port forwarding, but I'm not sure. I checked websitedown.info, and it tells me that the subsonic.org website is 'down' - could this also explain my problem?

this has also happened to me and a friend of mine as well, any suggestions on how to fix this? Only seems to have occurred within the past 24 hours

here's the error i get - Status: Failed to test web address. Connect to subsonic.org/66.49.215.227:80 timed out (ConnectTimeoutException)

I'm not expert but this happens sometimes and has something to do with the server that's redirecting subsonic domains to IP addresses. The longest I've ever seen it out is about 24 hours.

It seems subsonic.org is down all together...

Site is ping-able, but no pages. Maybe dns troubles?

Ahhh ok, well at least I know it wasn't me - I kept thinking I was doing something wrong but apparently I'm not. I'll just wait to see if it gets fixed. (I appreciate the development of this program, but I'm still completely shocked there isn't a more mainstream... solution that does this yet - it seems like a fairly obvious functionality these days... )
