HTTP ERROR: 503

Hello, when attempting to open my subsonic on localhost:8080 I receive the following message:

HTTP ERROR: 503

SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE
RequestURI=/

Powered by jetty://

Anyone know what the problem might be?

I believe that some of the old sticky threads could be removed, and a new "error 503" thread could be added instead since people don't use the search function...

No problem. The search function is a bit wacky too, you sometimes have to use quotation marks to get it right which can cause confusion.

The most important advice when error 503 happens is to check subsonic-service.log. It's found in (Program Files)/Subsonic/log/ on Windows and is being written from the subsonic.sh script on other platforms.
