Album art - missing?

Hi folks,

Just started using Subsonic and am very impressed with it so far. I have looked among this forum to find an answer to my question but have not really come across anything that answers it directly. That is, my music is stored in an Itunes structure on an external drive I have. I had Subsonic scan it and all the music comes up just fine but only about 20% of the album art is showing. I know I can go in and manually update the art for each of the albums (great tool for that by the way) but Im just curious, why my art wouldnt be coming up and if there is a way for all the art to show up without going in manually. Any information is useful. Thanks for your help!!
