Issues with multiple servers

Hello, I have been using Subsonic for quite some time at first I just ran it on my computer used its remote functionality and on the go functionality, but as time progressed others wanted to access my music, because I did not want to leave my computer on all the time for them as they live around the world I set up subsonic on my server, there have been times when both subsonics have worked, I use windows 7 on both systems 64bit ultimate the servers specs are a 2.9 dual core 4 gig of ram and 6TB of storage, where as my pc is an I5 3.40 quad core with 8 gig of ram and a measly 1.5TB of storage, they run through gigabit Ethernet to my fritzbox 7390 which I have manually added all devices and ports and made sure several times that the ports can be seen from the net using canyouseeme.org for my PC the ports are 4040 and 4443, on the server I changed it to 4050 and 4444, yesterday both were working fine today however I can not access my system. I have gotten many different messages when it comes to the registering of the web address at the moment it says it registered successfully with no errors and yet I still can not access my PCs subsonic, on the mobile app side I use my Samsung galaxy Duos android 4.0 os and it is manually added and permanently assigned the same IP. That is all the information I can think of right now please let me know if you have a possible answer as I have exhausted my options.

Do you have permanent IP addresses set up for this servers in your router? with the correct ports forwarded for each IP - I assume you got all this correct but I'd double check and reset your router/modem too. Also you can try different ports if for some reason you can't get those working.

Have you tried accessing the servers with a browser?
