Upload is Frozen/Failed

Hello,
I am running subsonic 4.8 on a Debian server.
A user on my Subsonic tried uploading a file via the front end, when his browser crashed, thinking this would create an issue he used the FTP to delete the files and start over. Now Under the status page it says that he is still uploading the original file. My subsonic also gives me an error whenever I log in, I assume it is related to the ghost upload. I have tried everything I can think of including:
Deleting the files
Deleting the User
Uploading the file from the front end

Nothing seems to correct it, am I missing something?
