Cannot add media folders after 4.8 update

Problem Description: I just updated to 4.8 yesterday, and today I noticed it removed all my media folders. These were working fine before the update, and I have verified the folders are accessible from the machine running Subsonic.
Troubleshooting Steps: Re-mapped media folders - restarted subsonic - restarted computer.

Subsonic Version: 4.8 (build 3434) – April 17, 2013
Server Version: jetty-6.1.x, java 1.6.0_27, Linux (34.7 MB / 93.8 MB)
Hardware Platform: Ubuntu Linux 12.04

There is currently no user named "Nexus" listed in my user list. I did have this user at one point, but it was removed long ago.
