Where is the data on Usage statistics kept?

I was wondering if the data which feeds the line graphs on the "users" tab under the home category is accessible. And if so, is there an ability to query it in more ways than just total quantity? For instance, I can see one of my users has downloaded x amount of data. Is the underlying data that is displayed on that chart stored in a way where I can slice and dice it, say, look at weekly/monthly usage?
